Shipping Policy

Memo Cups ships custom-printed paper cups, lids, and sleeves from our Kelowna, BC facility to businesses across Canada. Here's what to expect once your order is approved and ready to ship.

Where We Ship

We ship Canada-wide from our production facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Orders are delivered to cafés, restaurants, food trucks, breweries, event caterers, and businesses across all Canadian provinces and territories.

Shipping Carrier

All Memo Cups orders are shipped via ATS Healthcare with door-to-door delivery. Your order is delivered directly to your business address — no depot pickup required.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is not included in the price of your cups. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order and your delivery location, and are billed separately from your product invoice.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will calculate the shipping cost and provide you with a quote before the order ships. You'll have the chance to review and approve the shipping charge before it's processed.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Production: 2–3 business days after artwork approval
Shipping transit: varies by destination across Canada
Total time from approval to delivery: typically 1–2 weeks

Production only begins after you've approved your digital proof. The shipping clock starts the day your order leaves our Kelowna facility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery from our Kelowna facility to your door.

Delivery & Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If anything appears damaged in transit, note it with the driver and contact us at admin@memodisposables.com within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with you to replace affected items as quickly as possible.

Returns on Custom Orders

Because every order is custom-printed to your artwork and specifications, Memo Cups does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. This is why we always send a digital proof for your approval before production starts — so you can review every detail before we print.
