What is the minimum order quantity for custom-printed cups?
Our minimum order quantity for custom-printed cups is 1,000 cups per size and design.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept Adobe Illustrator, PDF, EPS and high-resolution PNG or JPG files. Vector AI, EPS or PDF files are preferred because they provide the sharpest print result.
What is a digital proof and do I need to approve it?
A digital proof is a visual mockup showing how your artwork will appear on the cup. Your approval is required before production begins.
How many colors can I print on a cup?
We offer single-color, multi-color and full-color printing. Full-color printing supports photographs, gradients and complex artwork.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard production turnaround is approximately two business days after artwork approval, plus shipping time to your location. Most Canadian customers receive their order within one to two weeks of approving the proof.
Are your cup materials FDA compliant?
Yes. The raw materials used in our cups comply with applicable FDA requirements for food-contact packaging. Supporting documentation is available upon request.
