What is the minimum order for custom printed paper cups?
The minimum order at Memo Cups is 1,000 units per cup size. This is one of the lowest minimums in Canada, making custom-printed cups accessible to small cafés, food trucks, and independent businesses — not just large chains.
Can I order more than one cup size in the same order?
Yes. You can mix and match 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz cups in a single order, as long as each size meets the 1,000-unit minimum.
Do you offer volume discounts?

How long does it take to produce custom paper cups?
Production takes 2 to 3 business days after artwork approval, plus shipping time to your location. Most Canadian customers receive their order within one to two weeks of approving the proof.
Where are Memo Cups manufactured?
Every cup is printed and produced in our Kelowna, British Columbia facility. Memo Cups is a Canadian-owned and operated manufacturer serving businesses across Canada.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship custom-printed paper cups to cafés, restaurants, food trucks, breweries, and event caterers across all Canadian provinces and territories from our Kelowna, BC facility.
What sizes of paper cups do you offer?
Memo Cups offers three sizes: 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz. All cups are single-wall with a PE lining for hot and cold beverages.
Do your cups work for hot and cold drinks?
Yes. All Memo cups are PE-lined and suitable for both hot beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) and cold drinks (iced coffee, juice, water).
Do you offer lids and sleeves?
Yes. We supply 80mm lids for the 8oz cup and 90mm lids for the 12oz and 16oz cups. Sleeves are available plain or custom-printed with your brand.
What file format do you need for artwork?
We prefer vector files in Adobe Illustrator (.AI), PDF, or EPS format with fonts outlined. High-resolution PNG or TIFF files at 300 DPI are also accepted. See our art guidelines for full specs.
I don't have a print-ready file. Can you help?
Yes. Send us your logo and we'll prepare your artwork for print — at no charge. Our team handles file setup, colour, and layout for every order.
Will I see a proof before production starts?
Yes. Every order includes a digital proof for your approval before we start printing. Production only begins once you've signed off on the design.
How much do custom printed paper cups cost in Canada?
