Yes. You can combine 8 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz and 20 oz cups within the same order. The minimum order quantity applies separately to each cup size and design.

Yes. We keep your approved artwork on file. Reference your previous order when submitting your reorder request.

We accept Adobe Illustrator, PDF, EPS and high-resolution PNG or JPG files. Vector AI, EPS or PDF files are preferred because they provide the sharpest print result.

We offer single-color, multi-color and full-color printing. Full-color printing supports photographs, gradients and complex artwork.

Yes. If your file is not print-ready, our team can prepare or adapt your existing artwork for cup printing at no extra cost.

A digital proof is a visual mockup showing how your artwork will appear on the cup. Your approval is required before production begins.

We prefer vector files in Adobe Illustrator (.AI), PDF or EPS format with fonts outlined. High-resolution PNG or TIFF files at 300 DPI are also accepted. See our art guidelines for full specifications.

Yes. Send us your logo and we’ll prepare your artwork for print at no charge. Our team handles file setup, colour and layout for every order.

Yes. Every order includes a digital proof for your approval before we start printing. Production only begins once you have approved the design.

Our standard production turnaround is approximately two business days after artwork approval, plus shipping time to your location. Most Canadian customers receive their order within one to two weeks of approving the proof.

Every cup is printed and produced in our Kelowna, British Columbia facility. Memo Cups is a Canadian-owned and operated manufacturer serving businesses across Canada.

Rush production may be available depending on the cup type, quantity and current production schedule. Contact us as early as possible if you have a fixed deadline.

Cups are packed in sturdy corrugated cases and palletized when required for larger orders.

Yes. We ship custom-printed paper cups to cafés, restaurants, food trucks, breweries and event caterers across all Canadian provinces and territories from our Kelowna, BC facility.

We offer cups in 8 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz and 20 oz sizes, available in both single-wall and double-wall options.

Single-wall cups are lightweight and cost-effective and are commonly used with a sleeve. Double-wall cups use an additional insulating paper layer for more comfortable handling of hot drinks.

Yes. All Memo Cups are PE-lined and suitable for both hot beverages, such as coffee, tea and hot chocolate, and cold drinks, such as iced coffee, juice and water.

Yes. Matching lids and sleeves are available for our cup sizes. We supply 80 mm lids for the 8 oz cup and 90 mm lids for the 12 oz, 16 oz and 20 oz cups. Options include white and black lids, as well as white and kraft sleeves.
